At Addenbrooke Classical Academy, we believe in creating a well-rounded learning experience. We offer our students a variety of clubs to choose from. Getting involved in a club allows students to cultivate friendships with peers who share their interests, develop leadership skills, and explore new opportunities.

Elementary Clubs

Lego Club. Does your kindergartner through third grader love to build and imagine? If so, Lego Club is where it’s at! Students learn basic engineering skills as they compete against their peers from other schools. This year's competition is called Creature Craze. We meet Thursdays from 3:45–4:45 p.m. K-1 is in Mrs. Dowell’s classroom, and 2nd and 3rd grade meets in Ms. Edgel's art room. Enrollment is closed for the 2017 session.

Middle through High School Clubs

Sign Club (grades 6–12). Students learn the basics of sign language. We hold meetings every other Wednesday during advisement. Please contact our club sponsor, Noma Bates, with questions.

Ballroom Dance (grades 6–12). This group learns the traditional and modern ballroom dances with a focus on technique, basic steps, musicality, and most importantly, having a great time while dancing! No partner needed! We meet every other Friday.

Chess Club (grades 6-12). Students play friendly games of chess against their classmates during advisement period. We do not require any prior knowledge of chess. Check and mate!
