There is no school for students on Thursday, October 17 due to a teacher work day. There is also no school on Friday, October 18 through Monday, October 21 for our mini break. School resumes on Tuesday, October 22. Enjoy your time off!
We are considering having a middle school boys volleyball team in the spring. If your child would be interested in this please fill out the boy's volleyball survey.
We have several students that are afraid and/or allergic to dogs. There have been several dogs on the sidewalks around camps. We have a few special occasions that we allow dogs on campus, but these are pre-approved by the administration.
The district has implemented a new online absence reporting process this year, "Campus Parent Absence Request". This new process allows parents to report an absence using Campus Parent rather than calling in the absence. It is a more streamlined process and has been very well received! In addition to regular, consistent attendance, arriving to classes on time is both integral to a student’s education and shows respect for the class, the teacher, and the student themselves. There is no reason for students to be late to class. Please monitor your student’s attendance and grades frequently through the Parent Portal. In addition, please make every attempt possible to not schedule vacations or trips on school days.
Please join us for our back-to-school skate party on Thursday, August 29 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Skate City. Admission is $7, and skate rental is $5. This is a private event just for the students, staff, family, and friends from our school. We hope to see you there!
