Congratulations Juan Pablo Garza!
Juan Pablo Garza

Please congratulate Juan Pablo Garza on receiving the Daniels Scholarship for 2021. This is one of the biggest honors a student in our state can receive and we are very proud of him. The Daniels Scholarship Program provides the opportunity for highly motivated students to earn a bachelor’s degree that helps them build a successful career and rewarding life. Daniels Scholars demonstrate exceptional character, leadership, and a commitment to serving their communities.

The Daniels Scholarship Program offers a comprehensive, four-year college scholarship that provides financial and personal support focused on helping Daniels Scholars succeed in college, and in life. The awardee can use the Daniels Scholarship at any accredited nonprofit college or university in the United States. Our goal is not only to help Daniels Scholars succeed in college but to ensure that they thrive beyond their years in college.

Here's what some of our teachers had to say about JP:

"I have had the pleasure of having JP as a student for three years. His preparation, efforts, hard work, and determination were his key to his success. His life is all about new opportunities and the chances it has to offer. I hope he never lets go of opportunities and is never afraid of taking new chances. All the best wishes and congratulations on his achievements."
Mrs. Rupp

"JP has always been an intelligent, engaged, and academically gifted student. His grit with challenging material is commendable. He can handle difficult conversations with grace and courtesy. It has been a joy watching Juan blossom over the years into such a caring, friendly, and giving young man. I have no doubt that he will succeed in anything he puts his mind to. Congratulations!"
Kate Behan

"JP has always been a student that goes above and beyond to surpass expectations. He is quiet and observant, yet kind and thoughtful to offer to help others when needed. He is curious and hungry for knowledge and thrives when challenged. JP had taken full advantage of every learning opportunity provided for him. I believe there will be no limit to his growth and achievement in his upcoming journey" Congratulations, JP!"

2021–2022 School Year Time Changes

On Tuesday, April 13, 2021, the board of directors voted to change our start and end times for the 2021–2022 school year. We are hopeful that this will help decrease problems that are happening in the car line. We have exhausted several other ideas, and this is an effort to help. We want to continue to encourage you not to arrive on campus prior to 2:50 p.m. (this year and next). If you do arrive early, please park in the lot and not along the sidewalk. Next year, elementary students will have class between 7:45 a.m. and 3:05 p.m., students will be able to arrive on campus and enter their classrooms starting at 7:30 a.m. Middle school students will have class from 7:45 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. The first bell will ring for middle school students to enter the building at 7:35 a.m.
